Leading men to a sober lifestyle by providing a safe, clean, positive environment for those who are serious about their road to recovery. Whether short term or long term, our goal is to make our members' time with us impactful and productive.

Located on Madison Avenue, in Covington Kentucky, Twin Rails Sober Living facility serves men from the local community as well as men from throughout the Northern Kentucky area. The facility that houses Twin Rails has been an evolving, yet significant part of the Covington community for decades. Our goal is to introduce a new role for this historical building and continue to make a positive impact on the community. Our services aim to provide men in recovery with a safe, clean place to build their foundation for a sober lifestyle while also giving them a second chance to be a contributing member of the local community.

Our Mission.

To inspire hope and contribute to sobriety and well-being by providing the best peer counseling and a safe environment to every member that comes through our door.

To provide a safe, ethical, therapeutic, and caring environment for men to heal and attain a lifetime of recovery.

Our Foundation.

Jay and Marsha Millard Foundation, Inc.

A 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organization

Our foundation was built on the premise of “Leave it Better than you Found it” and from that simple statement we have sought to contribute to our community in the best way we know how.  We support Big Brothers Big Sisters, FOP 10, the Delta Gamma Lambda Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., the March of Dimes, American Legion, Veteran’s of Foreign Wars, and the Twin Rails Sober Living Facility.  Through these wonderful causes, we help continue scholarships for disadvantaged youth, improve the health of mothers and babies, foster positive relationships between the police and the community, advocating patriotism and supporting our nation's veterans, and providing much-needed community support for those struggling with alcoholism and addiction.
